Shipping - Step By Step

1 - Orders are processed and properly packaged by the EPW order department, with all boxes having security tape with the EPW company logo as well as the shipping box.

2- Shipments are processed upon receipt of your order, either by purchasing at our facilities or by purchasing online.

3- We only ship 3,6,12,18, 24, 30 and 36 bottles.

4- Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.

5 - Shipments are covered by transport insurance already included in the final price.

6- Upon arrival at the destination, the customer will be contacted by the carrier in order to make the delivery.

7- If the carrier is unable to contact the customer or make the delivery, a paper pick-up notice will be left in the mailbox at the address indicated in the order.

Your order will be dropped off at a pick-up point by the carrier, (Shop, gas station, kiosk, etc.) near the indicated address.

8 - When picking up your order or receiving it at the desired address, check that the box is intact, with the white safety tape with the EPW logo, as well as without any type of wine "stain" on the box.

9 - If you notice any type of anomaly mentioned above or others, refuse the order completely and contact us as soon as possible, explaining the reason for the refusal (if possible with a photo of the box).

10 - If there is a breach or violation of the order, the insurance will be immediately activated and the order will be resent.

11 - Once you open the order, check that all bottles are in accordance with the purchase invoice.

12 - In case the delivery times are exhausted and you do not receive your order, contact us through our e-mail, mentioning the day of purchase, name and country of destination of the order in order to locate it.

13 - Delivery times have naturally suffered a slight delay, if there is a break or anomaly in your order and you have to activate the appropriate insurance.

- Please do not contact us before the deadline for delivery.

- Check before contacting us with your purchase order, if you have not requested delivery for a later date.
